The staff at Shred Quick couldn’t have been more accommodating. Their office is normally open to the public for shredding on Fridays but since I was already there on Thursday, they happily assisted me. They are reasonably priced & papers are collected in locked cans for security. If you have a large amount to be shredded, they will come to your location. Everyone was very friendly & efficient. I highly recommend.

I called ShredQuick last week to pickup and shred 10 boxes of documents.Working with Bruce and Angela. Angela set the appt for me for Thursday at 8 AM to shred at my home. I must say when they said 8AM the truck pulled up and the driver John got out and introduced himself to me. It was exactly 8 AM on time. John was extremely pleasant and professional. Freddy at ShredQuick in Bradenton location was super helpful and efficient. I was originally hoping to utilize their residential services but due to my own timeline, I ended up taking my shredding to them. Víctor was in today at Integrative Wellness Centers to pickup our paper that needed to be shredded, and I forgot to call my boss so she can bring me her box to be shred the other office. I needed residential mobile document service and emailed for a quote. I got an immediate phone call from Bruce, who was great. He provided the quote, advised me about their hard drive shredding ability. He set up the service. The driver called and was right on time. He was professional and masked. Dropped off documents to be disposed to ShredQuick. It was fast, easy and safe. They have on-site shredding or one can take documents to their location where they will be placed in a locked bin for shredding later. Customer is in control of how they want their documents destroyed. I highly recommend them as opposed to other places that provide similar services. I had 50 boxes of documents that had been digitized and needed to be shredded. ShredQuick had the best price in my area (I called everyone, as this is not inexpensive) and the easiest, safest procedures. Unlike some companies I called, I did not have to remove anything from the files (like black binder clips, file brads, etc.). ShredQuick came to me, the driver was respectful, nice, and quick (and wore a mask). He shredded the contents of all 50 boxes onsite, and I am comfortable that the confidential information of my customers was safely handled. All I had to do was show the driver what I wanted shredded and then break down my empty boxes to go in my recycling. The only thing the company could do to make this process better would be to give the customer a longer heads up regarding when the driver will arrive (they tell you a time block the morning they are going scheduled to arrive).

Company returned my call within minutes to get pricing and set up a date, was told the day of the week they were in my area, set appointment, they called morning of with a window, driver called 30 minutes out so I could head to my storage. Was an initial misunderstanding on the fact that they did not shred actual boxes, I paid an exorbitant fee to have them removed, but CEO reimbursed me the difference between their fee and what I got paid. Kudos for that. Highly recommend this company

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. From the quote to scheduling to the follow up; each person was very good at communication and prompt follow through. The gentleman that came with the truck was polite, professional, wore a uniform, and provided a certificate of destruction at the time of service. I recently had to do a major downsize and was so overwhelmed with all the items I had to shred. ShredQuick on Lena Road, Bradenton is the bomb! The folks there are absolutely amazing. They helped me calm down and do exactly what I wanted to do! I wanted to take care of what of all items and make sure needed nothing got in the wrong containers. I got such a run around with other shredding companies, this however was group is a god send. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group of great folks! Thank you so very much!

I had a number of boxes of confidential documents that needed to be shredded, so I called Shred Quick. I was surprised at how inexpensive their service was and that they would actually come to my office to shred everything on site, instead of offering to shred my documents off site, like the other shredding companies I spoke with. The driver was friendly and efficient, and the whole process took just a few minutes. I highly recommend Shred Quick.
