ShredQuick’s Lakeland Shredding Services
We offer the following shredding services in Lakeland, FL, as well as other cities across Florida.
All of these shredding services are available in two frequencies:
One-Time Shredding: Our one-time shredding service (also called “bulk shredding” or a “purge”) is a great option for Lakeland businesses that need to clean out their storerooms. It’s also perfect for Lakeland homeowners who want to shred old bank statements, tax records and other confidential files.
Reoccurring Shredding: Our reoccurring shredding is an ongoing service that we provide to Lakeland-area businesses. Your employees simply deposit confidential company documents into one of the security containers that we provide. And then ShredQuick takes care of the rest. We schedule shred days weekly, monthly or quarterly, according to your needs.
Why Choose On-Site Shredding Versus Off-Site Shredding?
On-site document shredding companies like ShredQuick will come to YOUR location and shred everything on their mobile shredding truck. And for added peace of mind you can watch the entire process on the truck’s monitor. This allows you to be certain that the truck shreds everything.
Other companies place your unshredded documents on their box truck before bringing them back to shred them at THEIR facility. This is called “off-site” shredding and it means you won’t be able to view the shredding process.
You’ll have to take the off-site shredding company’s word for it that they shred your documents. Both in a timely manner and that they haven’t mishandled your confidential information.
Why take that chance with your confidential information? Choose an on-site document shredding company like ShredQuick that has earned the highest security rating, “AAA NAID Certified” from the International Secure Information Governance & Management Association.
How Our Media and Document Shredding Process Works
On the day of your shred, you can expect a ShredQuick uniformed staff member to arrive at your home or office with photo identification.
If you’ve chosen our route-shredding service, our driver will pick up all the confidential documents that your employees have discarded into the locked containers strategically placed throughout your facility.
If this is a one-time, bulk shred, our driver will pick up all your boxes of confidential documents.
Our driver will then empty all of your security containers or boxes into one or more of our large containers and bring them directly to our shredding truck. The hydraulic lift on the truck then raises the container and empties everything into the shredder, where your confidential documents are securely destroyed.
After the shredding is complete, you’ll receive a Certificate of Destruction. We’ll then recycle all applicable materials.

Frequently Asked Questions From Our Lakeland Customers
What is the NAID AAA Certification?
This certification is awarded to secure data destruction companies whose services are in compliance with all known data protection laws. To ensure accuracy, NAID conducts both scheduled and surprise audits by trained, accredited security professionals, fulfilling customers’ regulatory due diligence obligations.
How do you ensure that your paper shredding service keeps all information unreadable?
A major benefit of hiring ShredQuick as your onsite shredding service company is that we shred your files, paperwork and documents beyond recovery. Our mobile shredder equipment features advanced machinery that reduces the output to tiny pieces. These pieces are thoroughly mixed with other shredded paper in the truck, making it logistically impossible to reassemble a document.
After the truck is filled, all shredded material is recycled. This process provides legal compliance with your required privacy laws.
